Ice creams and cakes

A shit load of boasting photos today people!!! But first, camwhore pics! :

OK! (Satisfied)

On to the stuffs I do!

I'm crazy obssessed with deco-den right now. I just feel that I have to deco something on the weekends. If there are nothing to deco, then I'll just have to find something at least.

Cakes!:

In miniature sizes

I just feel that my comb that I bring around in my school bag is soooo boring.
So I had to bling it up!:

The pink handle and white polka dots were hand-painted by me. My comb was originally a dull and ugly yellowish brown.

Next up is ice creams! :

BEHOLD!!!!

Chocolate drippy syrup on the sides also hand-painted by me
(hard work man seriously :/ got sore arms after that)

Those things inside the box are not worms. They're hair bands.
I carry this box of hair bands around too 'cause sometimes when I reach school, I just feel like tying up my hair. The box was originally a toothpick box.

I didn't take photos of the stuffs before it was stuck on the box 'cause I forgot. :/

Extra!!!

Bought this ramen candy from Sophisca :

Can you see the details? No :/
But it's really detailed you know! Can see the little dark green circles in the veggies and stuffs!

The candy's apple flavour by the way. Kinda expected but a bit dissapointing 'cause it'll be so cool & disgusting if it's ramen flavoured 8D

BYE!!! 8D

Long time and the Thailand post!!!

Hi guys! Sorry I know it's been ages since I last updated my blog. It's 'cause I wanted to blog about my trip to Thailand but seeing sooooo many freaking pictures to edit make me feel lazy and "Meh, I'll just do it some other time." So in the end I never got to blog about anything :/ So I've decided to just blog about what's the most fun thing I went to try on this Thailand trip!

First off, I would like to express how happy I am that

Thailand got freaking Pepper lunch!!!

Went to eat with my best friend in Thailand (also my neighbor before) Her name is Pear & that's what she ordered. She refuses to take pics with her in it 'cause she's a person with very very little confidence. I used to be like her too so I wished I can help her :/ But I seriously don't know how.......

And this is what I ordered

Review : It was delicious but not as much as I expected.......I guess I expected too much? Still, it was quite delicious P:

And guess who we met in the central mall after eating pepper lunch :

Kamen Rider!!!
Me and Pear were totally WTF MAN?! Well I was more of "WTF SO AWESOME MAN!!!"

Just casually window shopping in Thailand's Central mall. And sometimes minding some people's business. If you look closely you'll see a girl standing inside the shop that Kamen Rider's looking into, right in front of Kamen Rider. He was making a "no no" hand gesture to her, trying to say that the glasses she's looking at doesn't suit her (the girl put the glasses back to place and looked WTF??-ish)

Of course can't just walk off right?!?!  I pulled Pear with me to ask if I can take a pic of him. He nodded. The pic above shows him gesturing for me to go take the pic with him. At first I was like "Huh? No. He'll probably sexual harass me." (Of course in my mind lah! Can't say it out loud right?) But in the end I just thought "Oh well OK then!! 8D"

So I took a pic with him!!! 8D
Then I told pear that maybe next time I'll come here with my cosplay too and she's like "I won't be walking with you then" Yeah she doesn't like to attract attention :/

Random pic:

 OK move on

Then we went to :
'Icedea' ice cream shop :

Even the cue card is so creative.

And now :
The Ice Cream :

That, my friend, is some awesome ice cream shit!!!
At first glance, that thing looks like a Japanese fried burger dish called tonkutsu. But look closely and you'll notice:

The side dishes are fruits, cashews, and whipped cream. The dipping sauce beside is chocolate syrup.

Take a bite and you'll also notice :

The inside is brownie ice cream!!!
So it's actually fried ice cream, but you gotta admit this thing is awesome and it's awesomelicious too!! P8

Next up is the :
Takoyaki ice cream :

To be honest, this thing is quite meh-ish compared to the tonkutsu. But still awesomelicious I guess?

The fried thing are bananas. The ice cream is below.

WILL POST MORE ABOUT THAILAND SOON! 8D

How to make crepes

HI~~~!!!! Imma teach you guys how to make crepes today~

See, Heather suddenly told me on Friday that she suddenly want to eat the crepes I make. She asked me to make some crepes for her when I'm super duper ultra free so free that I got nothing better to do. Well, I got all the ingredients left from the last time I made Heather's birthday picnic crepes and I do nothing but play computer all day long on weekends anyway. So I thought might as well just do it on Sunday. And I LOOOOVE cooking for people who wanna eat my stuffs so I just went right ahead and made them. Actually, I finished them just now and is blogging about it right after I'm done. So here goes :

HOW TO MAKE CREPES

These are what you need :
-all purpose flour
-milk
-unsalted butter
-salt
-eggs
-sugar

I don't have measuring spoons or measuring cups. So I just use my mug and a random spoon that's close enough to a teaspoon or tablespoon. In my opinion, it doesn't matter! Just use you instincts!

Take a large bowl, and add one cup of all purpose flour

One cup of milk

Two tablespoons sugar
They use white sugar, but my mom just won't buy white sugar 'cause she said brown sugar's healthier. But to be honest, I think the types of sugar doesn't change the crepe's taste. It's all the same. So just use what you got at home like me!

Two eggs

Melt your butter
Take two tablespoons of butter and put it in a small bowl. Then pour abit of hot water into a slightly larger bowl and put the small bowl in it. Don't let hot water get into the small bowl.

After it's melted, pur it into the batter bowl

Then lastly, add 1/2 teaspoon salt

Stir until they're smooth

Like this
You can just use a normal spoon or fork to stir. And don't stir too much like me, or else there'll be too much oxygen inside.

Use small fire
Use a paper towel (it's something like a hard tissue) and rub on butter. Then brush them on the pan.

Use a large spoon or a laddle, scoop the batter and then pour it on the buttered pan

Tilt the pan so your crepe batter will cover the pan and won't be so thick in the middle.
Wait for a while, for about 30 seconds or until the batter is not so liquid anymore then flip the crepe. For crepes, you don't have to wait too long or they'll burn

After it's cooked, put them on a plate and you've got one crepe done!
Remember to brush butter onto your pan everytime before pouring batter on. If you don't brush butter on, it'll be easier to burn.

My crepes used to be a beautiful circle but ever since my mom bought a new bigger pan and gave the old small pan away, my crepes are never the same again. But whatever, they're still edible :D

HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE SYRUP

The easy way? Just buy a bottle of chocolate syrup from a store. But because I don't wanna spend money on stuffs, and I still got alot of old chocolates at home, I just decided to make them myself!

Get a bar of chocolate or just some chocolates you already got at home

Break them into pieces and put them into a small bowl.
And yes, pour abit of hot water into a slightly larger bowl and put the small bowl in it. Don't let the water into the bowl or the chocolate will be ruined.

Wait for them to melt

Microwave your milk
This is important, your chocolate would harden if you use cold milk. Then, use a teaspoon to scoop alittle bit of milk into your melted chocolate. POUR ONLY A TEASPOON AT A TIME! Don't just go pouring the whole cup of milk or your chocolate syrup would become tasteless chocolate milk. Pour one teaspoon into the chocolate ans stir to see if it's enough. Do this until you think it's syruppy enough.

The reason why you have to add milk is because if you don't, your chocolate would harden after sometime and it won't be chocolate syrup.

Spread the syrup onto your crepes
I also spread strawberry jam. You can add bananas or other fruits if you'd like. I got no fruits at the moment so I didn't.

And you're done!

I pack them up to bring to school tomorrow
