Crashing Ikea with My BFF Heather!

Hi peeps! Yesterday Heather and I went crazy at Ikea and I filmed a video! :

After Ikea we went to this place called Hana cafe cause being broke did not keep us from spending money like we own it. The service is meh the waffle and the tea also meh :/

(In reality we crashed around at Ikea for hours but left the place empty handed)

The cake is not bad but costs NT$90, Starbuck's cakes are better and only costs NT$80 or even less.

Conclusion : Hana cafe is not worth spending almost 300 for an afternoon tea. And the waitress gave Heather an attitude when Heather asked if what they gave her is waffles cause she ordered pancakes and she specifically pointed at the name on the menu. But the waitress said they won't change for her cause they already confirmed the orders with her before serving. But both of us don't remember her confirming AT ALL. And in Taiwan most places call waffles and pancakes "hot cakes" so it's really hard to order the right ones.

My 19th Birthday!!!!!!!

Finally!!! I'm 19 years old!!!! Right now I'm feeling confused 'cause a part of me don't wanna grow up 'cause it's really stressful and tiring being an adult. But a part of me wanna grow up 'cause seriously, there are just so many limitations being a kid.

Heather and I had an outing! It was to celebrate my birthday. My birthday is actually on December 30 but we celebrated on 29 'cause I had to go out with my mom on 30. And I actually planned on blogging yesterday (my birthday) but there wasn't enough time. Just editing photos already took me 1 and a half hours and I only have 2 hours of computer time thanks to entrance exam and my mom. Anyway, let me show you what we did :

One of our favorite places is Ikea's restaurant

Delicious and inexpensive. As usual we both ordered meat balls 'cause it's our favorite.

She even especially bought the one with macaron 'cause she knows I'm dying to try one.

After that we went to:

Dazzling cafe

It's a very popular cafe and they're famous for their honey toast, so of course we just had to go try!

They've got a lot of cafes around Taiwan, and each place has it's own color! Pink, mint, sunshine (yellow), sky (blue), blueberry (purple), and bubble (just opened recently, I'm not sure what color this is)

We went to the pink one 'cause it's nearest and pink is our favorite color!

Everything looks so awesome, I was having a hard time choosing!

In the end I chose "Party in your mouth" (what a name)

It looked so awesome and delicious that I had to take multiple photos of it.

I mean look at the chocolate! How the hell?!

And it's got a macaron!

And honey sauce in case the honey toast isn't sweet enough.

Can you believe that? How can this thing not be sweet enought?!

And because the cafe has a rule that says you have to order at least one drink, so I ordered this pink tea that's only available in the pink cafe.

And while I was too busy feeling excited and sugar high, Heather handed me these :

I have to say, the card is the most touching thing I've ever recieved.

It's written by all of my friends in school. Heather made it so cute and touching I couldn't stop reading even though the ice cream on my honey toast is melting.

And this is what Heather gave me for my birthday :

I couldn't really show her how happy I am to recieve this gift 'cause I'm too embarrassed. But I really LOVE it. Seriously I can't stop sniffing it. I love the smell 'cause like Heather says, it's sweet but not too sweet and it has a hint of flowery smell. So it makes me smell like sweets and flowers, two of the things that I LOVE the most. ISN'T THIS THING MADE FOR ME?!?!?! And I hope I can seduce some men with this. No I'm serious! I'm already freaking 19 years old but still single.

What I wore that day :

It's December 29

It's winter

It's supposed to be freezing yet it felt like summer.

 It was so hot that I had to take off all my coats and stockings and boots and wear my summer clothes.

Ok I'm so sorry, Heather wanted to go to the school party but I was too lazy to go all the way to school and because it was my birthday, she had to do what ever I want. Heather, next time when it's your birthday, we'll go to the nightclub and find some hot guy and get rid of your virginity. Or we can have lesbian kiss. (NO I'M TOTALLY KIDDING I'M NOT A LESBIAN)

I brought my pink wig and wore it in public and forced Heather to help me take pics. Basically it was a happy day for me but hell day for Heather.

I got a tattoo!!!

Nah it's just a temporary one 8D But I wish I can get a permanent one!

This one costs me NT$300 and it lasts for only 10 days. It was supposed to be NT$500 but I asked if he can make it smaller until it costs only 300 and he's like "ok then". But his friend was NOT happy and kept complaining that he cannot make it too small and it's supposed to cost 500 blah blah blah AS IF I CARE. I JUST GOT A 500 DOLLAR WORTH OF TATTOO BUT I ONLY PAID 300 WHAT ARE YOU GONNA DO ABOUT THAT?! It was damn ticklish when he draw on my back that I had chills throughout the whole time.

I had great fun!

Hamsters and foods

Hi people!!! Sorry for not blogging last week. Actually I didn't plan on blogging this week either lol! But after flicking through my "blog pics" file in my computer I realized there's actually a lot of pics I wanna share! So here goes!

Last last week, Heather and I bought a hamster! We name him Pudding. (was going to name him Jelly at first but thought Pudding sounds cuter) So as you all might have guessed, this post is going to be bombarded with shitloads of hamster pictures. 

so sorry for the lame quality, used my cell phone camera and Pudding couldn't stay still

A classmate also got a hamster named Puff

Pudding & Puff are from the same mother so they're brothers

They really love each other! Every time they meet, they just have to give each other a kiss, a sniff of the butt, and a lick on the private parts (I'm serious. Don't get me wrong, that's just what hamsters do to each other!)

you can't really see it, but they're sleeping together. So cuddly~! 8D

'Cause Pudding's really skinny

Like a sick skinny, I'll tell you why :

'Cause Pudding IS sick

He's allergic to the wood shavings we put in to hamster cage to keep them warm

And recently he got attacked by the wild, dirty, disgusting, big huge rats in our school. His left eye got hurt and his mouth got a little scratched. We took him to a vet and they gave us the pink medicine for the allergy and the eye drop for his eyes. And they told us to use tissue instead of wood shavings.  But after a week of feeding him the medicine, he's not getting any better. In fact, he's getting worse! His skin is redder than ever and his fur is starting to fall out! Plus, he got really skinny! :(   (his eye is healed now though) 

We decided to stop forcing him to drink the medicine 'cause I think it's making him stressed and scared. So instead of healing him, we're making it worse.

On Friday I went eating at "Perfume Dance cafe" again but this time with Heather and Keith (Heather's boyfriend)

And this is what we ordered :

Ham sandwich with honey mustard sauce

The sauce is AWESOMELICIOUS and the white thing on the plate is mashed potato which is AWESOMELICIOUS TOO!!!

As you can see, Heather and I ordered the same cinnamon coffee

Heather loves cinnamon and she also loves coffee so I figured the drink is made for her

It's really delicious! I don't drink coffee at night but I couldn't miss this whenever I go to the restaurant

Normally I don't really like food with pineapples but this thing is delicious! 

And what I've been craving for ever since my first time trying it; HONEY TOAST!!!

This time we ordered chocolate

AWESOMELICIOUS OMG I WANT MORE!!!! (Heather let's go eat this thing again. Yeah and we'll be broke. But I seriously wanna go eat again eh. You know I can't resist sweet stuffs :/ )

After that we went to eat Hagen-Dazz 

I ate caramel milk with whipped cream

It was delicious but still too expensive :/ (ok the honey toast was expensive too but I really love it wtf)

And then I bought this :

CREAM SODA!!!

They don't sell cream soda anywhere here in Taiwan so I was really happy to find it at a mall 

I'm drinking it now and it's really such a bliss~ not a disappointment at all. I will be buying more of these 8D
